TALKING HEAD

I have to field a steady stream of requests for interviews and assistance from journalists, students, researchers, film-makers and curators. I try to help people because, I suppose, that's just my nature, plus part of my thing is getting the right stuff as I see it out there. But it can be perilous because sometimes you can end up, out of your control, caught in a result that's a lot less than what you might have anticipated or hoped for. This happened in 2015 with the ABC-TV documentary Stranded. But just as often it's pleasing to contribute something. Here's a few of the films and radio programs in which I have appeared not so much flogging myself and my products as I've been a talking head on a topic I'm apparently at the least somewhat qualified to speak about:
