| After a triumphant launch at the M’ville Bowlo in January – ‘triumphant’ meaning a few folks made it along, everyone had a good time, and the DJ survived, just – the AODisco is either silly or game enough to now come back for a second helping. If you’re a young person (ie, under 40) who wants a night full of bangers that build and build to a Big Bang around dawn, maybe this one’s not for you. If, on the other hand, you’re more, umm, mature, and at the end of a working week you just wanna take Friday night off, relax and have a drink with friends, maybe have a bit of a boogie – to the tune of the father/son team of DJ Big Daddy and DJ E-Dog’s diet of deep disco and vintage soul, Latin, fusion, Afrobeat, new wave and cheese – then the AODisco is for you.
